"I want to share with you how pleased we are with the service and care we are receiving at your infusion center in West Des Moines. Just over a year ago, my daughter was diagnosed with a rare muscle disease. The treatment for it requires a five hour infusion every two weeks. We were driving two hours to and from Iowa City every two weeks to receive this treatment. We tried to arrange for an infusion closer to home, but that never worked out for the long-term. Being able to receive her treatment so much closer to home is a game-changer for us! It has made this tough life adjustment a little easier. The staff at the infusion center are wonderful – caring, friendly, and skilled! My daughter's port is tricky to access, and the nurses at your infusion center always get it on the first try, which wasn't always the case at other centers. The staff are flexible and accommodating. I don't think I have the words to express how grateful we are. Thank you for opening this center and for offering these services in the Des Moines metro."
